God, it's been so long since I've done another motivator! 
Anyway, here's one I found from Uncharted--it's my first one dedicated to that very game as well!
Not the best image there, but it did give me an idea for the subtitle. Plus, I find the pile of gold to be something a bit similar to a "pot of gold" you might have heard about from leprechauns when you reach the end of a rainbow; hence the subtitle, because the gold here is something completely different. So, hope you guys like it!
